Trailer Mechanic UP Trucking Services LLC. is currently seeking a Trailer Mechanic to join our team. Description Our Trailer Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing trailers. The ability to work with a variety of materials, as well as maintain a variety of equipment, is essential. We are looking for a hard-working individual who is looking to advance their career in the industry.

Essential Functions:

Troubleshoot and repair 53ft Dry Van trailers. Knowledge of ABS systems. Mount/dismount tires. Replace wheel seals. Trouble shoot/ Maintain brakes. Electrical wiring repair and installation. Replacement of floor boards. Complete all required repairs within the time frame allotted. Maintain clean work areas and follow safety guidelines. Work with a team to complete larger projects. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred.
• Technical training or training from an apprenticeship program preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive or electrical wiring, controls, motors, etc.
