Full-Time Position Overview Eagle Collision Repair Center is seeking an experienced ASE Certified Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on mechanical experience, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to accurately repair and service a wide range of vehicles. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of completing repairs safely and correctly. Diesel mechanical experience is a plus but is not required. Responsibilities Perform mechanical inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using professional diagnostic equipment. Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, cooling, and electrical system repairs. Perform pre- and post-repair mechanical inspections. Identify additional mechanical damage related to collision repairs and communicate findings to management. Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications. Perform quality-control inspections to ensure vehicles are repaired properly and safely. Properly use and maintain diagnostic equipment, tools, and shop equipment. Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate repair needs clearly. Work closely with the body and collision repair departments when mechanical repairs are required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA/shop safety requirements. Stay current with changing automotive technology, including advanced driver-assistance systems and newer vehicle technologies. Complete assigned repairs in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications ASE Certification required. Several years of professional automotive mechanical repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working on a variety of makes and models. Ability to read and understand repair procedures, service information, and technical specifications. Ability to use automotive diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team. Valid driver's license. Diesel mechanic experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, or heavy-duty vehicles is a plus.
