We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to support the maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and race-event readiness of a private fleet of luxury, exotic, high-performance, and electric vehicles. This role offers a low-volume, high-quality environment where craftsmanship, discretion, and technical expertise are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Diagnose engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, drivability, and electrical concerns. Service luxury, exotic, performance, and EV vehicles. Support vehicle preparation and troubleshooting for racing and motorsports events.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of automotive technician experience. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with engine, brake, suspension, steering, and electrical repairs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications:

ASE, Master Technician, OEM, or EV certifications. High-voltage safety training. European luxury vehicle experience. Motorsports or race support experience.

Desired Vehicle Experience:

Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Porsche Taycan and other EV platforms
