Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to hitting performance targets while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction. This is a key position in our operation — you'll be the bridge between our technicians and our customers, ensuring accuracy, trust, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen attentively to their needs. Prepare accurate repair estimates with solid mechanical understanding. Maintain constant, clear communication with customers regarding repair status, costs, and timelines. Work closely with multiple service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and excellent guest experience. Execute assigned tasks and orders quickly and correctly. Consistently meet or exceed sales and production goals . Maintain a high-pressure readiness —performing at your best even on our busiest days. Build trust through honesty, transparency, and professional follow-through.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or similar automotive role. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to write accurate estimates. Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-first mindset . Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High integrity and commitment to doing what's right for the customer.

Schedule & Compensation:

5-day work week: Monday

•Friday, 7:00 AM
