• We are currently seeking a dependable
• Road Construction Technician with a valid CDL
• for a local opportunity in Lufkin, TX. This position will primarily involve driving trucks and equipment to various work locations and assisting the road crew with construction, maintenance, and repair projects.

• Job Duties:

• Drive company trucks to and from local road construction sites
• Transport materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Assist crews with road repair, maintenance, and construction
• Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, shoveling, and site cleanup
• Set up and maintain work zones and assist with traffic control as needed
• Perform basic inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform other road maintenance duties as assigned

• Requirements:

• Valid CDL required
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
• Ability to work in Texas heat and changing weather conditions
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time
• Construction, road maintenance, or equipment experience is a plus
