Tire Technician Position Summary The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools and equipment. Service Specialists are generally offered as a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay up to $17 per hour as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays. Requirements /
Responsibilities:
(Experience preferred but will train also) Ability to mount, balance & install tires & wheels Use of tire and balancing machines Front end steering and suspension repair Meeting shop targets/goals Strong verbal communication skills
Additionally:
Clean and maintain returned products Maintain a clean and organized workshop Must be able to lift and organize heavy product
Other Requirements:
Valid state driver license with a clean driving history Pass drug screen and background check Stand for long periods of time Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs Professional Proficiency in English Prior experience as an tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, auto tech, or an alignment tech is very helpful to the success at this opportunity; however, we will train anyone with a positive attitude that is willing to learn.
