Family-owned and operated dealership group with opportunities to grow your career. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Troubleshoot engine performance, mechanical, electrical, and electronic system concerns using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources. Complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards. Clearly document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work. Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an excellent customer experience. Follow established shop procedures and safety standards. What You Bring Phase 3 Service Technician qualifications and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram manufacturer certifications appropriate to the position. Automotive repair experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with engine performance and electronic systems. A commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship. Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills. Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
