You will work on a wide range of makes and models, from general repairs and diagnostics to major engine and powertrain work. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability problems Perform engine replacements, timing-chain repairs, and powertrain drops Complete general maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently Inspect vehicles using Eagle's 300% Rule Document diagnostic results and repair recommendations Verify completed repairs and follow quality-control procedures Keep your work area clean and organized Communicate with advisors and management to keep jobs moving Requirements Proven professional automotive repair experience Ability to consistently produce 50-60 flagged hours per week Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience completing major engine and drivetrain repairs High-quality workmanship with minimal comebacks Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to work independently and follow established shop processes Compensation and Benefits $75,000-$125,000+ annually, based on experience and production Busy shop with strong car count Monday through Friday — no weekends Paid vacation and holidays Paid training and development Quality equipment and shop support Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Apply with your resume and a brief description of your experience with diagnostics, engine replacement, timing chains, and powertrain repairs.
