Jeremi's Auto Repair is a fast-paced auto shop that takes quality seriously — and we're looking for a Lube Technician who takes their work the same way. This isn't a "just change the oil" role. You'll be doing fluid checks, tire inspections, routine maintenance, and vehicle walkthroughs that feed directly into what our Service Advisors communicate to customers. Accuracy matters here. We're also transparent: new hires start by learning the shop from the ground up — fluid checks, vehicle inspections, cleaning, parts runs, and working alongside the team before taking on oil changes independently. If that kind of structured ramp sounds frustrating to you, this probably isn't the right fit. If it sounds like how things should be done, keep reading. This is a training role designed to offer the opportunity to develop a repair technician for motivated, hardworking teammates interested in developing their skills! If you give us 100% focus and effort, we will give you the training needed to become a master technician.
