In this energetic role, you will perform essential vehicle services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections, ensuring each car leaves our facility in top condition. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to a smooth-running service department, helping customers get back on the road quickly and confidently. Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency Perform tire services including rotations, replacements, and balancing to optimize vehicle safety and performance Assist with wheel alignments and basic brake inspections to ensure proper vehicle handling Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately Diagnose common automotive issues using basic automotive diagnostics equipment and report findings clearly Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Strong understanding of automotive service procedures and safety protocols Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and communication Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills in automotive repair and maintenance Service technician experience or mechanic background is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to grow within the role
