This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, DOT compliance experience, and the ability to work in a hands-on shop environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair trucks, trailers, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems Utilize vehicle computer systems for diagnostics Review and address issues noted on DVIRs Estimate repair times and request necessary parts Respond to emergency roadside breakdowns as needed Complete all required paperwork and DOT documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of mechanical experience (fleet or heavy equipment preferred) Strong working knowledge of DOT compliance Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (minimum age 25) Must pass drug screening Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have own tools What's In It for You Company-provided work truck Weekly Pay Opportunity to advance, we promote from within Excellent training program Exciting bonus opportunities Paid Vacation - up to 4 weeks annually Sick Pay starting Day One Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full-Time Team Members) 401(k) with up to 4% company match Tuition Reimbursement (up to $3,000 per calendar year) Free $50,000 company-paid Life Insurance Holiday Pay Plus, much more!
