Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level automotive role focused on speed, accuracy, customer service, and vehicle safety inspections.
Key Responsibilities Oil & Filter Service:
Drain old motor oil, replace oil filters, install fresh engine oil to manufacturer specifications, and reset oil life monitoring systems.
Multi-Point Inspections:
Check fluid levels (coolant, brake, transmission, washer fluid), inspect belts, hoses, wiper blades, cabin/engine air filters, and battery health.
Upselling & Communication:
Document inspection findings on digital or paper checklists, report required repairs to Service Advisors, and recommend necessary maintenance items to customers.
Shop Maintenance & Safety:
Clean workspace, dispose of hazardous fluids/filters per
EPA/OSHA
guidelines, and safely operate drive-over pits or hydraulic lifts. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED (vocational/automotive coursework is a plus). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (to move customer vehicles). Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, torque wrenches, and oil drain equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing, bending, or crouching for long shifts. Strong attention to detail (preventing overtightened drain plugs or oil cross-contamination).
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
