RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles following manufacturer and dealership standards. Conduct multi-point inspections, checking fluid levels, belts, hoses, tires, and other key systems. Rotate and balance tires as needed. Top off fluids (coolant, transmission, windshield washer, brake, power steering). Check and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades when required. Communicate inspection results and additional service recommendations to Service Advisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area. Properly dispose of used oil, filters, and other materials according to environmental regulations. Ensure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition. Follow all dealership safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by treating vehicles and customer property with care. Assist other technicians as needed and support overall shop workflow.
