Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash Maintenance Technicians to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of our state-of-the-art car wash facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems that keep our car wash equipment running efficiently. Your expertise will help deliver a seamless customer experience by minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are consistently met. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on car wash machinery including pumps, conveyor systems, and drying equipment. Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, electrical blueprints, multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter), and diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and accurately. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems by diagnosing leaks, replacing components, and ensuring proper pressure levels through analysis skills. Use precision measuring instruments to calibrate equipment for optimal performance and safety compliance. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access elevated machinery or components during maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting manuals to facilitate accurate repairs. Maintain detailed maintenance logs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work performed and schedule future tasks. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing facility maintenance or industrial mechanic roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Skilled in welding (stick welding), electrical blueprint reading, electrical systems repair, and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to operate testing instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters with precision. Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks including electrical maintenance and analysis of schematics. Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices in a manufacturing or similar environment is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent customer service attitude when interacting with team members or vendors. Effective communication skills in English are essential for understanding technical manuals and collaborating with team members.
