The Opportunity We're seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standard. We'll keep you busy, support your growth, and reward your skill — and in return we expect accurate diagnoses, efficient production, and quality work that doesn't come back. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time Perform maintenance, repairs, and manufacturer-recommended and recall services to factory specification Complete thorough, honest multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or notes Work efficiently to meet and exceed flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality Communicate clearly and promptly with advisors and parts to keep promise times accurate Follow proper warranty and repair documentation so the story line supports the work Road-test to verify both the concern and the repair before the vehicle is returned Keep your bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained The Standard We Hold We set a high bar at Grubbs. In this role, success means consistently delivering on the following: Accurate diagnosis and quality repairs — a low comeback rate Strong, consistent flag-hour production and proficiency Complete, honest multi-point inspections on every vehicle Clear communication that keeps promise times accurate Continuous skill growth through training and certification What We're Looking For Automotive repair experience required Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus Own a set of tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Grubbs?
