Job description Join the Grubbs Kia Team as an Automotive Technician We're seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service department. Position Overview You will service and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards, including performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles. Key Responsibilities Diagnose automotive issues using experience, tools, and manufacturer procedures Perform routine maintenance and inspections Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service Ensure documentation complies with regulations and company standards Provide accurate service recommendations to customers Support shop efficiency through organization, inventory tasks, and general duties Qualifications High school diploma or GED (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus) Minimum 1 year of dealership-level or high-volume shop experience (Kia experience preferred) ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability At Grubbs Kia, we believe in rewarding excellence and investing in our team.
