Responsibilities:

Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass (side glass, back glass, etc.) Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable) Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with body shop team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques, tools, and safety standards Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to pass a background check Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
