Immediate About Us Marine United is a premier marine service and sales facility dedicated to providing top-notch care for Nautique Boats, Chaparral Boats, Sea-Doo watercraft and exceptional service to our customers. Located in Saint George, UT, we specialize in boat repair, maintenance, and sales, catering to boating enthusiasts and professionals alike. We're looking for a motivated Lot Technician to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Technician to maintain our boat inventory, prepare vessels for service or delivery, and support our service and sales teams. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a passion for boats, and takes pride in keeping things organized and in top condition. Key Responsibilities Boat Preparation:
Clean, wash, and detail boats (interior and exterior) to ensure they're ready for customers or display.
Lot Management:
Move boats and trailers around the lot or dock using tow vehicles or manual effort; organize and secure vessels for storage or service.
Service Support:
Deliver boats to service bays or water access points for repairs, test runs, or customer pickups.
Basic Maintenance:
Perform minor tasks like checking batteries, fuel levels, and trailer conditions; report issues to the service team.
Inventory Assistance:
Help track boat inventory and assist with receiving new boats or equipment deliveries.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a tidy and hazard-free lot, following safety protocols and marina regulations.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience with boats, trailers, or outdoor equipment preferred but not required—willingness to learn is a must!
Skills:
Basic mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and attention to detail. Ability to operate tow vehicles or forklifts is a plus (training provided if needed).
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean record. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred:
Boating knowledge or experience in a marina/automotive environment.
