Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help ensure every vehicle receives top-quality care, contributing to customer satisfaction and safety. Duties Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately. Conduct tire rotations, balance tires, and assist with wheel alignments to optimize vehicle performance. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, safety concerns, and maintenance needs; communicate findings clearly. Use hand tools and power tools to service vehicles, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify underlying mechanical problems. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support the service team with basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure timely service delivery. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service, wheel alignment, and general automotive service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Previous service technician experience is a plus; a proactive attitude towards learning is essential. Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems is desirable.
