Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Lube Technician, changing oil experience preferred, (we will also train) to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes using our call-out system, filter replacements and fluid checks efficiently and accurately. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend additional services as needed. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
