Repair and replace critical mechanical systems such as brakes, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques for precise repairs and maintenance tasks. Execute routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and auto estimating software to determine repair procedures efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Extensive dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and electrical systems troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body repair, and auto estimating processes. Skilled in repairing diesel engines, transmissions, powertrain components, suspension systems, and auto electrical systems. Familiarity with Schematics for complex system troubleshooting; experience working with diesel vehicles is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a commitment to vehicle maintenance excellence and safety compliance.
