Production Bonuses What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership quality expectations. Inspect vehicles and perform preventative maintenance and repair services accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment and factory software. Document repair recommendations, findings, and completed work accurately within dealership systems. Operate manufacturer diagnostic software and technology to support efficient repairs and communication with service advisors. Perform road tests before and after repairs to verify customer concerns and ensure repair quality. Participate in manufacturer training and continuously develop technical knowledge and certifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all dealership and safety procedures. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by producing quality work and supporting the service team. What You'll Bring ASE Certifications preferred Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical issues State Inspector's License preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited or direct supervision. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule Pass a criminal background check and drug screen Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
