Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Automotive Mechanic will play a vital role in providing high-quality service to our customers while maintaining efficient workflow and safety standards. Duties Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and malfunctions. Diagnose problems accurately using diagnostic tools and technical expertise. Repair or replace faulty parts, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are effective and meet safety standards. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services performed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and modern automotive technology. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. This position offers a structured schedule from Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing opportunities for professional growth in the automotive industry.
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
