Production Bonus Paid at Time-and-a-Half (1.5X) Flat-Rate Pay Based on Productivity Steven Honda is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department. About the Role As a Lube Technician , you'll perform essential maintenance services that keep our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and operating at their best. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and Service Advisors while gaining valuable hands-on experience with Honda vehicles, manufacturer procedures, and dealership service operations. This is more than an entry-level position — it's an opportunity to start building a long-term career in automotive service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and routine maintenance Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs Check tires, brakes, fluids, batteries, filters, and other basic vehicle components Assist experienced technicians with additional service and repair work Properly document work performed on repair orders Follow Honda, dealership, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism Compensation $50,000+ ANNUALLY
BASED ON EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE
Plus the applicable time-and-one-half (1.5X) production bonus for Main Shop Technicians based on productivity.
