TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!
Steven Toyota | Our Largest Service Facility in the Area About Steven Toyota Steven Toyota is part of the growing Steven Automotive Group and operates one of the largest and busiest Toyota service facilities in the area . With a strong customer base, a high volume of service work, and the resources to support a large technician team, Steven Toyota provides experienced technicians with the opportunity to maximize their skills and earning potential. We are looking for a highly skilled Toyota Master Technician to join our growing Service Department. About the Role As a Toyota Master Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and major vehicle services while maintaining Toyota's standards for quality and workmanship. You'll have access to a high-volume service operation, modern diagnostic equipment, manufacturer resources, and a team environment designed to keep experienced technicians productive.
ALL TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!
Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform advanced Toyota-specific diagnostics Complete major repairs and services according to Toyota specifications Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs Maintain accurate repair documentation Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow Toyota, dealership, and safety procedures Qualifications Toyota Master Technician certification required Strong Toyota diagnostic and repair experience Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Compensation $100,000+ Earning Potential Based on Experience & Performance Competitive flat-rate pay PLUS a time-and-one-half production bonus for all technicians.
