Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and powertrain assemblies. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and vehicle inspections. Repair and replace auto body parts when necessary, ensuring vehicles meet safety and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for mechanical repairs while adhering to safety protocols. Work with automotive diagnostics equipment to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems on GM vehicles and other makes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the process. Requirements (Preferred) Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and transmissions. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), suspension work, shocks & struts, brake repair, and auto estimating is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately for precise repairs. Hands-on experience with welding. Proficiency in using diagnostic software and understanding automotive electrical systems for troubleshooting purposes. Mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs needed.
