Auto Stop Elite is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a productive Monday-Friday shop. Most technicians flag approximately 55 hours per week , supported by steady workflow and modern shop equipment. New technicians receive a true three-month starting guarantee , with the amount discussed based on experience and qualifications. This role is primarily focused on maintenance and mechanical repair, with some diagnostic work as needed. What You Get $100,000•200,000+ earning potential based on experience and production True three-month starting guarantee Additional $3 per flagged hour when producing more than 110 hours per pay period Most technicians flag approximately 55 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule / No weekends Paid training and ASE reimbursement Toolbox relocation assistance Heated service bays What You'll Be Doing General automotive maintenance and repair Brake and suspension repair Wheel alignments Electrical and wiring troubleshooting Drivability and mechanical diagnostics as needed Work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles You'll have access to professional scan tools, factory diagnostic software, an alignment rack, and modern shop equipment.
