You will serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our expert service team, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs while delivering a personalized, seamless experience with precision, clear communication, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how vehicles operate and can translate technical information into clear, helpful guidance for clients. Responsibilities Greet and consult with customers regarding their luxury vehicles' service needs. Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines. Coordinate with technicians to schedule and expedite repairs or maintenance. Keep customers informed throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation. Up sell recommended services and products to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure availability and timely delivery of services. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and manufacturer standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a luxury automotive environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Proficiency with service scheduling and customer management software. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
