Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM] [2] Job Summary Guslers alignment auto & tire is seeking a reliable General Automotive Technician with a strong focus on tire services and wheel alignments to join our team in Franklin County. We provide a steady, guaranteed hourly wage so you can focus on safety and precision without flat-rate stress. This role is ideal for a productive technician who excels at mounting, balancing, and performing precise multi-wheel alignments.

Key Responsibilities Tire Service:
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires safely and efficiently.
Wheel Alignments:
Perform precise two-wheel and four-wheel alignments using shop equipment.
Suspension Inspection:
Check steering and suspension components for wear before performing alignments.
General Maintenance:
Execute oil changes, fluid flushes, battery replacements, and multi-point safety inspections.
Quality Control:
Road-test vehicles to verify correct alignment tracking and smooth tire balance.
Position Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience mounting/balancing tires and Automotive repair.
Tools:
Must own a baseline set of personal hand tools.
License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for road testing).
Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
Pay:
$15.00 - $30.30 per hour
