Compensation Expected annual earnings:

$45,000 - $150,000 , based on experience, certifications, productivity, hours produced, and individual performance. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking for High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Choose Berglund?
