What You'll Do Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete repairs efficiently and accurately Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes Maintain detailed repair documentation Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Automotive dealership experience preferred Automotive Technology education or training preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record ASE certifications are a plus Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Why Join CMA?
