Yorktown, VA Pay:

$18-$22 per hour, based on experience Bendall Auto Service is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Yorktown. This is an important front-office position. You'll be one of the first people our customers speak with, and you'll help make sure they receive the friendly, professional service they expect from Bendall Auto Service. If you enjoy helping people, communicate well, and can keep things organized when the phones are ringing and the shop is busy, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions Schedule service appointments Accurately gather customer and vehicle information Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles Coordinate with our service advisors and technicians Process payments, and assist with front-office paperwork Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Follow up with customers as needed Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with computers, phones, and scheduling software Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Willingness to learn automotive terminology and our processes Previous customer service or office experience preferred Automotive repair shop, dealership, parts, or service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates with previous automotive customer service or repair-shop experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range. Why Bendall Auto Service? Schedule & Benefits Schedule:

Hiring for two positions, a morning, and an afternoon CSR. Hours will be either 8am-1pm, or 12pm-5pm. Interested?
