Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a friendly and trustworthy rapport. Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs. Write repair orders and assist with scheduling and parts ordering. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and timelines. Work closely with the service technicians to ensure workflow efficiency. Maintain detailed records of services and interactions for follow-up and accountability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Experience with Tekion DMS is a plus Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
