Most of the vehicles we service are Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche. European Auto Technician Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European vehicles, ensuring all components function correctly. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Fit in to the shop flow and ship cars. European Auto Technician Qualifications • Not scared of expensive cars • Be able to read client complaints and understand how to understand what the customer is complaining about, and fix that. European Auto Technician Compensation We usually hire on flat rate, $40-60 per hour. DOE. We pay customer pay times, never warranty times. We charge for all teardown, and the shop takes care of goodwill, not the technician. If you turn the wrench, you get paid. We have every type of insurance they offer. Health, Dental, Vision. Term Life, Cancer, Hospital, Accident, etc. We have direct deposit and retirement accounts.
