Toyota/manufacturer web-based and hands-on training Manufacturer off-site training opportunities ASE certification reimbursement Training expenses paid for approved career-development programs Opportunities to advance within the shop as your skills, experience, and certifications grow Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning, and related systems Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific service equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns Test-drive vehicles as necessary to verify customer concerns and completed repairs Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding additional service or repair needs and estimated completion times Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications 3 years of professional Automotive Service Technician experience or equivalent education and experience Strong automotive diagnostic and repair background Previous OEM/dealership experience preferred ASE certifications preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles as an essential function of the position Ability to meet applicable background screening and pre-employment requirements

Compensation Pay Range:

$37,440 - $131,040 Actual compensation within the posted range is based on applicable experience, training, certifications, and qualifications.
