We are looking for an Auto Repair Technician who wants to be a part of our team that has fair and honest values. You will need to communicate with our customers by using your knowledge of our products and services. Top priorities for this position are: Great customer communication skills with a service mentality. Ability to juggle several projects at a fast pace, keeping customers and team members informed and satisfied throughout the process. Deliver a positive first impression to each customer & provide high-quality customer service. Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently Master products, services, and company knowledge How you'll succeed: ASE Certified Technician with Service Writing Skills is preferred but not required At least 2 years of automotive repair experience in addition to customer service experience Brakes & Exhaust knowledge Able to diagnose & repair vehicles with minimal supervision Must have own tools Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and co-workers Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Clean driving record and ability to maintain a valid driver's license Positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members Willingness to learn more skills Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head Medical, Dental & Vision are offered
