Dealership Experience is a must and GM experience is a Plus. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your energetic approach will ensure a positive customer experience, guiding clients through service options, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to deliver top-quality automotive care. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service recommendations Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services and maintenance packages to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction Manage cash handling transactions accurately and maintain detailed service writing records Maintain comprehensive documentation of all service activities, including repair orders and customer communications Foster long-term customer relationships through excellent service advice and follow-up support Requirements Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background Strong mechanical knowledge across various automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, tires, diesel engines, and alignments Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience in auto estimating software and sales techniques to promote additional services effectively Knowledge of automotive repair procedures such as oil changes, auto body repairs, shocks & struts replacement, air brake systems, wheel alignments, and tire servicing Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude Automotive service or technician experience preferred; familiarity with dealership operations is a plus Join our team today to be part of an energetic environment where your automotive expertise makes a real difference!
