Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority. About Kassel Motorsports Kassel Motorsports is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician for a four-day, Tuesday-Friday schedule. This A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity offers flat-rate pay of $30-$60 per flagged hour, with the specific range based on technician level and job-related experience. The shop specializes exclusively in European vehicles and offers a smaller, collaborative team environment with four bays and four lifts. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European vehicles across mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Perform intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics based on skill level. Complete brake, suspension, cooling-system, oil-leak, and general maintenance repairs. Perform module replacement, programming, and coding. Complete transmission swaps and engine repair, including heavy engine repair. Perform removal and replacement work and other general automotive repairs. Assist with repair estimates by providing accurate technical findings and recommendations. Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric as part of the shop workflow. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
REQUIRED
European vehicle repair experience is required. Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic skills appropriate to an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Technician. Ability to perform general repair, electrical, drivability, maintenance, and diagnostic work. Personal automotive tools required; shop-provided toolboxes are available. Digital vehicle inspection experience is preferred. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Flat-rate pay of $45-$60 per flagged hour for A-Level Technicians. Flat-rate pay of $30-$40 per flagged hour for B-Level Technicians. Approximately 40-50 flagged hours per technician per week. Year-end bonus.
