Up to $150,000+ annually Introduction We are seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Renton, WA with 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. This position offers a $45-$48/hour base rate plus incentive bonus potential, with earning potential up to $150,000+ annually. You'll work Monday-Friday with no weekends in a busy, team-oriented shop with consistent workflow, paid training, and strong benefits. Key Responsibilities Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs from initial inspection through completion. Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns using your automotive diagnostic experience. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document findings and repair recommendations. Perform oil changes and other general maintenance services as needed. Complete assigned repairs independently while maintaining quality workmanship and productivity. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with technicians and the rest of the shop team to support an efficient workflow. Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Experience completing automotive repairs from start to finish. Some automotive diagnostic experience, including mechanical and drivability concerns. Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Demonstrated track record of quality workmanship and productivity. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Willingness to continue training and developing professionally. Compensation & Benefits $45-$48/hour base pay. Additional incentive bonus potential. Earning potential up to $150,000+ annually.
