You do not need to already be a diesel technician. We are looking for someone who is already confident with general automotive repair and diagnostics and wants the opportunity to grow into more advanced diesel work. We work on Ford Power Stroke, Ram Cummins, Chevrolet and GMC Duramax, and medium duty diesel trucks including Isuzu NPR and NQR.

What we are looking for:

Several years of professional automotive repair experience Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Comfortable with brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, cooling systems, drivability, maintenance, and general repair Someone who takes pride in doing quality work Willingness to learn diesel diagnostics, fuel systems, turbochargers, emissions systems, and more advanced diesel repair Dependable and able to work independently Someone looking for a long term shop where they can continue growing What we offer: Hourly pay, not flat rate Guaranteed 8 hour days Paid holidays and PTO Health insurance benefits Six month profit sharing bonus Ongoing training and the opportunity to develop advanced diesel skills Five bay shop with four lifts Alignment equipment and a wide variety of repair work A chance to become a much more well rounded technician without starting over at the bottom If you are already a solid automotive technician but have wanted to learn diesel, this could be a great next step.
