Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding glass services. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to automotive glass installation. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Familiarity with auto estimating processes for accurate assessment of glass damage. Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus. Knowledge of auto glass types, installation techniques, and safety standards is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
