Compensation:

$60-90K per year - hourly + potential of monthly bonus Provide a high quality of work at a productive rate. Completing repairs according to published procedures and following established safety guidelines. Our expectation and goal is that all technicians collectively average 40 hours per week. Cleaning, tagging and bagging replacement parts Reviewing technical bulletins and service publications as they become available. Attending and participating in the training programs recommended by the Shop Foreman and management Adhering to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information Learning and using proper repair methods, including the use of special tools. Delivering an exceptional customer experience. You are expected to treat a customer as you would a guest in your home. This level of service creates a strong and lasting impression on the customer and goes a long way toward creating an exceptional customer experience.

Experience Required:

Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record
