What You'll Do Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns Schedule service appointments Create repair orders and prepare estimates Explain recommended repairs clearly and honestly Dispatch work to technicians Source and order parts Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Prepare invoices and review completed work with customers Help create an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For Automotive or customer service experience is preferred An energetic, positive, and professional attitude A strong desire to learn and grow Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organization and time-management skills The ability to work well with customers, technicians, and coworkers Dependability and a strong work ethic A valid driver's license Why Join Ness Auto?
