Review vehicle service needs, complete walk-arounds, and prepare accurate repair orders and estimates. Communicate recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines with customers. Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process and keep customers updated on vehicle status. Process service payments and ensure completed vehicles are deliverered Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing clear follow-up. What You'll Bring 1+ years of customer service, automotive service, or related experience. Experience using computers and entering customer or service information accurately. Basic math skills for estimates, service costs, and payment processing. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
