Responsibilities Supervise daily auto care operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols Lead and motivate a team of technicians to perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks Oversee vehicle servicing including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with manufacturer specifications Assist customers by explaining services needed, providing recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences Manage inventory of hand tools, power tools, automotive fluids, and replacement parts to support daily operations Conduct training sessions on proper use of tools and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Qualifications Dealership or automotive service center experience preferred; hands-on mechanic experience highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive diagnostics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment Experience performing automotive fluid replacements, oil changes, tire service, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs Knowledge of automotive service procedures including vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance Prior experience in service technician roles or automotive diagnostics is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise drives success!
