Position Perform any and all tasks related to inspecting, repairing, servicing, and building various types of light duty and/or heavy duty trucks. This requires the ability to work from prints and instructions as well as use mechanical aptitude to create solutions. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Build and assemble various truck components to specification per customer requirements. Install and/or maintain all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned projects and builds. Perform welding and fabrication tasks in order to build, modify, and follow specifications. Maintain shop equipment for safe use in operation. Complete repairs and replace malfunctioning parts to return working operation of truck components. Qualifications GED/High School Diploma or Experience. Ability to read, write, comprehend and have basic math knowledge. Ability to use Crane and hoists. Ability to use power tools and machinery. Auto Mechanical Experience (Preferred). Welding, Hydraulic, Electrical and Quality Experience (Preferred).
