AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
(A/B+) Aeschbach Automotive - Middleton, WI We're growing—and we're looking for a solid technician who wants to be part of a team that actually cares about doing things the right way.

You'll be working alongside a team that values: Doing the job right the first time Keeping work moving without cutting corners Helping each other when things get tough You don't have to know everything—but you do need to show up, think, and care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles Perform inspections and communicate findings clearly Work efficiently while maintaining quality Collaborate with advisors and other techs Continue learning and improving your skills
WHO YOU ARE
You:
Take pride in your work Are reliable and consistent Can work independently but also be part of a team Want to grow your diagnostic and technical skills Don't cut corners just to rush through jobs If you're coachable and willing to improve, we'll meet you there.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years in automotive repair preferred Diagnostic experience is a plus (we'll help you grow here) Comfortable with scan tools and basic diagnostics Experience with multiple makes/models is helpful

$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
