BAR Automotive, in partnership with Fixed Ops Docs®, is conducting a search on behalf of an established automotive dealership in Stanley, Wisconsin. The dealership is expanding its service operation and looking for technicians at every level. Whether you are starting your career, already producing at a high level, working toward master certification, or experienced in mobile and fleet service, we want to talk with you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities will vary based on experience and position but may include: Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs accurately and efficiently Complete thorough vehicle inspections Clearly document findings and recommended repairs Communicate effectively with advisors and service leadership Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Participate in training and professional development Help the department deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Opportunities are available for all experience levels Automotive education or previous dealership experience is helpful but not required for entry-level candidates Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and professional work habits Ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record ASE or manufacturer certifications are valued but not required for every position Mobile and fleet candidates should be comfortable working independently and servicing vehicles outside the dealership
