Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where your enthusiasm for vehicle maintenance and customer service will drive your success! In this energetic role, you will perform essential lubrication services, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to a positive customer experience and the overall efficiency of our service department. Duties Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs with precision Assist with wheel alignments and minor mechanical repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications Diagnose simple automotive issues and communicate findings clearly to the service team or customers Support automotive service operations by maintaining cleanliness of work area and ensuring proper tool usage Assist with vehicle inspections for safety, mechanical condition, and routine maintenance needs Requirements Previous dealership or automotive service experience is preferred Mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle maintenance Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members Knowledge of automotive repair standards, alignment procedures, and minor mechanical troubleshooting is desirable Valid driver's license with clean driving record; familiarity with vehicle operation standards Join us as a Lube Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-quality automotive care!
