Hourly or Flat Rate Range:
$17.50 to $21.50, depending on experience
Schedule:
This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Our Team? What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes with efficiency and accuracy Complete multi-point inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels Identify potential vehicle issues and communicate recommendations to the service team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Deliver work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards What You'll Bring Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on mechanical aptitude Previous experience as a lube/express technician is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Strong attention to detail and time management skills A positive attitude and team-first mindset Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
